Great mobile experience in servicing my Mach E.
I just spent Two Thousand dollars at Allan Vigil Ford. My service advisor call me for cost & additional cost, but failed to look to if the work was done correctly or properly. In addition to work that was done, my rear window sliding was falling in of witch was a manufacturing falt. The person was responsible for repairing it didn't clean tape area that was holding it together did do a professional job. (Not Satisfied)
I have never had a better experience at a dealership! We heard a noise from the rear end half way through our 1000 mile trip. We limped the truck over to the dealership at 8:30 am. They got the truck looked at quickly and found out the rear differential was ruined. They replaced all the parts and had us back on the road by noon! The mechanic named Toy had worked there 36 years and was exceptionally good at his job. I wish I lived in Georgia so they could be my dealership for life!
The service technician was very professional,attention to detail, very good job
