The repair turnaround was great, but when I walked inside, the staff there looked at me without greeting or acknowledging me, then continued their conversation. I had to initiate the start convo, and even then, them talking to me did not feel welcomed. I normally drive across town to Jim Ellis Ford (Where I purchased my truck) for service because their repairs and customer service are great. Although I wasn't pleased to have to leave my Aviator for 2 1/2 - 3 weeks, Jennifer Cochran kept me updated. I am pleased to share my issue is fixed.
Tonya my service writer was and is always quick, responsive and professional and was able to get me in and out quick for service on my F250.
