RecommendedThe service representative was great as was the service. The problem was the cashiers. None of the three wore masks and Sherrill the older lady kept coughing. I was not happy. Some other employees had on masks and some didn’t. Usually there is a younger cashier with a mask and gloves on. On this day there was a new employee, Sherrill and another long time employee. There was no social distancing. You need to be more responsible.

I'm saying no for only one reason. I'm not saying I won't recommend anyone to go to Allen Vigil Ford. I will because everyone including the sales rep that sold me my car was very professional, polite. Why I said no is one I did test drive two cars that wasn't clean one car had some type of hair that appeared to be either cat or dog hair the other car was half cleaned the back sets wasn't in the car, I won't go into much details on why the seats wasn't in the car. I took my 2017 F150 FX4 to Alan Vigil Ford in Morrow. I set an appointment to have the truck to be worked on when I was going out of town. I had the appointment set for two Months to fix 3 small issues. The small issues including the door latch freezing recall, my back up alarm sensor constantly beeping, and the oil consumption issue for the 5.0....
