I'm giving 4-stars for my "works" service on my F-150 because Coby in the shop did and excellent job going above and beyond to make sure the mess from the oil change was minimal! The factory under-shields on my F-150 make an oil change a messy business by sending oil every which way but Coby made sure everything was cleaned before he'd finished (yes, I'm obsessive and watch closely through the waiting room window!). All Star service dept. is great. The truck is a lemon, but All Star is great. Mr. Alvin spent a lot of time trying to track down the problem with my truck, which is quite an unusual problem, but to no avail. We're not giving up yet, though. I still have faith they will overcome. The truck has a recurring electronic issue, which leaves me stranded. Other than that, my King Ranch is the perfect truck. But being stranded is making me hate the truck. I won't tolerate it much longer.
Finance manager was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. Refused to work with us on anything and also refused to listen to us about anything. Cut us off with everything we had to say and talked down to us.
