My 2nd time purchasing a transit van from here. Dwight was exceptional once again. I’m very impressed with him and the dealership not taking advantage of my tough situation, needing to replace my van that was totaled by a drunk driver. Every other dealership was hitting me with so called “market adjusted pricing”. Much appreciated service and I will be back again!
Quoted me $380 to diagnose and replace a fuse for my fuel pump in my truck. Then had two different salesmen call me to try and upgrade me to a new truck after giving me that ridiculous quote. Never get a call saying my truck is done so I show up. It’s ready apparently. Then I get the ticket and they try to charge me $495.
I brought my car in for an oil change which is covered under my warranty. Told them my tire sensor was broken and to call me with a price before fixing it. Orlando called me the next morning and told me it would cost $150 I said no thanks. We hung up. He then calls me back minutes later to tell me that the service department fixed it because they thought it was under warranty and asked me to pay $85. I said no I didn’t authorize it. The Tire & Alignment guys at All Star Ford in Prairieville are untrustworthy. I've been bringing my Ford Edge to All Star Ford since I moved to Prairieville in 2018. Last time I brought in my car for work, I noticed that my tire rotation appreared not to have happened, though the service manager said it had been completed. Before I took in my car for a 200,000 mile service (that cost me over $1,400), I marked the serial numbers of each of my tires. Worst dealership ive dealt with. had a deal all worked with and arranged to fly down to pick up the truck the next day and their sales person called to tell me they sold it to someone else. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Excuse me for turning into a Karen... BUT This Ford is absolutely awful.. do not even bother wasting your time or money here.. my husband called to see if they could order and fix a part around the radio. The service woman said yes no problem and ordered the part. She said it would be there on Monday and to go ahead and come in. I came in on Monday and she said the part wasn’t there yet to come back Tuesday. I just recently purchased a 2017 f-250 for $56k obviously it’s a used but a certified vehicle with 12 month r 12k miles bumper to bumper warranty plus I purchased another 100k warranty, so after they detailed my vehicle I noticed a mildew Type of smell so I told the salesman ( p-Diddy) about it and said “it’s just from them cleaning it”!!
