I brought my truck in there first thing 7 a.m. on Monday morning and the girl tells me that by tomorrow and here it is 48 hours later they call me back and tell me that it's going to cost me $400 for them to tell me what is wrong with my truck All Star y'all suck I wouldn't recommend you for nothing and I'm going to make sure everybody out there knows exactly how y'all treat people
Not a good place to deal with !!! They treat u like crap after u buy a car from them and they lie to u the oil was clean in the car and it was dirty!!!They say they will change it but they will not tell u they will used that as your first oil change damn I hate when people lie to your face!!! Plus I had one of there sale reps treat me like crap and send me threats text messages . This is one fun place to deal with!!!
I had to make an appt to leave my car to get the airbag sensor. I took off of work on a Friday to get this done. I dropped my car off in the morning. I tried to call after lunch because that's when someone was suppose to call me. I couldn't get a hold to anyone. Service finally called me 8 min before closing to tell me they couldn't even get to my car today and if I could leave it until Monday or make another appt. I will not be going back for second appt. Such an inconvenience.
