To say that I’ve been completely disappointed in Allstar Ford in Prairieville is an understatement. Our history with Allstar has been over the course of 7 or 8 years now, and every single encounter has been negative. Every. Single. Encounter. Particularly with the service department. After purchasing our Ford Edge from there in 2012, and having a subpar experience in sales; we promised not to return. Bought a 2017 Yukon with only 24k miles. Which we did get there late in the day and was kind of a rush to get the paperwork done but from what we could tell and was told the vehicle had been inspected and was in perfect condition. Well after a day of driving it we realized the inspection sticker was going to expire in 2 days (thought all decent car lots gave you a fresh one out the gate) the oil only had 20% life left which our paperwork said they just changed it.
