June 9, 2020- I went down to Allstar Ford Lincoln in Prairieville. We had the intentions of purchasing a Ford Explorer stock number PT35696A which was listed on the internet for $22,789. The salesperson said she was going to go see what the best deal she could make was for us. She came back stating the prices was $25,625 and would give us a discount of $2,836. RecommendedAnybody out there looking for a vehicle. You gotta go here. I don’t care how far ya have to drive, the people here are so worth the trip. Turned my fiance away from a scheduled appointment. The truck was purchased from there!!! My family, friends and I will never purchase another vehicle from All Star Ford.
Brought my vehicle in because of check engine light, which I bought from them less than 6 months ago with a bumper to bumper warranty. They charged $115 to LOOK at it and would have been $400 for them to change a spark plug... because who would have thought the warranty would have covered that 🤷🏻♀️ NEVER AGAIN.
We made an appointment for recall work to be done. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. This was supposed to be a 1 day job. 3 days later they are getting around to looking at it and they do not return our calls. Had to go in in person to get answers
I brought my car to them over a month ago. They asked to keep it due to ordering a part, said it would be over nighted. We chose to take the car home but would just bring it back once the part came in. Never got a call. I called today said they reordered it yesterday. But didn’t call and update me at all. We also had paint issues the body shop was going to look into for us. They took pics of the paint and would be calling us back. Once again. ZERO contact.
