I showed up at the service department with a nail in the sidewall of my tire, about a half hour before closing! i thought to myself, what chance do i have here as I do not live in Baton Rouge. I was on my way back to N.O., from a long trip, and picked up the nail. I was told by the tire place down the road, try to bring it to the dealer where I bought the car, and maybe they can help. I had to bring my explorer in for a recall on the rear suspension. I arrived at my appointment time which was 9:30. I was told it would be ready around 2:30-3:00. At around 4:45 I had not heard anything so I called and was told that they were sorry but my car was taken late and would not be ready until the next day at 10:30. It would have been nice to have been given the option of bringing it another day before they took it apart. Very knowledgeable, courteous staff including excellent shuttle service to a doctor's appointment while car was being serviced
Had "check coolant additive light" come on. Stopped at All Star with no appointment and was checked out and on my way home in less than 15 minutes
