I bought my car in because the hood was shaking when I drove over 70 mph, I was told that nothing was wrong with the car I needed new tires. Paid $700.00 for new tires but still my hood was shaking. I was told to come in that Friday before Memorial Day just to be told I couldn't check my car because they was backed up. Bought my car the following Wednesday come to find out the bumper in the front of my mustang was off alignment. I call and left messages for the service manager to give me a call. Took my 2012 F-250 in for a ECM update and ended up buying a 2016 F-250 Platinum. The experience was top notch, from sales to financing. Will definitely recommend All Star to friends and family.
The sales woman we had was horrible and service after the sale was not good! My F-250 no longer goes there for service and I'll never buy from here again. Terrible experience.
Stopped in today to see if my tail light could be changed. Was told it would be 20-30 mins. I suggested making an appointment to come back but was told it's a slow day so it wouldn't be a problem. Well 45 minutes later when I'm seeing that my car has been sitting in parking lot not touched, I'm ready to just leave. They take my car, change the light and it only takes 8 mins. I really don't like being lied to cuz I didn't have the 20-30 mins to wait in the first place. Will take my business elsewhere.
The customer service was very good. I got to test drive my vehicle and got it at a very good price. My sales associate seemed very concerned about my experience at AllStar Ford/Lincoln. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Very good experience. Ask for Brian Decoté when there.

Had my Lincoln towncar in for service. Everything was great and Ms. Cyndi kept me informed every step of the way.
Just bought a car from their used car lot Monday. Tuesday we noticed some issues that weren't there Monday. Called and they came and picked up my car from my work and brought me another to use while they fixed my car. It only took them two days to fix it! Everyone there was SUPER nice and very helpful.
