Brought my new 2015 F150 King Ranch in for its first service and install a leveling kit on Friday. Paid for and was charged for a tire rotation but notice after i got home that tires were not rotated. Call Michael Monday morning and he told me to bring it back ASAP. I brought it back in and they jumped on it right a way. Overall was pleased with the service but upset I had to bring the vehicle back. I had to cancel another appointment to get this taken care of. Just had my Expedition serviced there for a bad battery and bad 110v outlet. They took care of me quickly with no hassle. I'm always skeptical when dealing with a dealership but the service department here was great.
Had an appointment for an oil change was done in less than 30 minutes. Great!
