Stopped in on the fly to get my first oil and filter change for free. I anticipated being there for a while or maybe even getting some sort of a hassle trying to get the oil change and everything. The lady took my keys and my coupon. Showed me the waiting area and the amenities available and within 30 to 45 minutes I was out of there.....with a free oil change. Great experience overall.
I arrived at All Star at 6 30 this am. Went in for oil change (no problem) done in a timely fashion. While there, asked to have electric mirrors repaired, which had been discussed months prior. Spoke with lady service wrtiter 3 times on status. Was told " I thought you had left" No I'm still waiting. On third attempt was told "We don't have a tech available" This after my truck sat in front of an EMPTY service bay for approx 4 1/2 hrs. I called and set up an app to get my oil changed and tires rotated so I gave the man my name and keys and he said they would let me know when it was ready. I waited for over two hrs and finally went to check on it and they had been done for a good while but no one came to let me know so I will never go back there for anything
Our first experience with All Star Ford service department has HORRIBLE! Not only did they take a week to fix the truck, they did not communicate with us correctly. We were told after 2 days that it would be ready tomorrow, and then tomorrow and so forth! My husband had to show up at the service department because they wouldn't call him back to let him know whether the truck was ready or not!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Very good experience at All Star Ford. Coach Eli was very helpful in choosing our MKZ.. LOVE it. Need to go back to figure out the navigation. Supposedly I need a disk to get it started . Let you know how it goes

Whenever you need your vehicle serviced Casey Griffith will make sure your vehicle is serviced with perfection. The finance manager Marcy Grant also went above and beyond for me. I had an AMAZING experience at All Star Ford Lincoln when my car had an unexpected issue. I initially called the dealership I was closest to geographically only to be told it would be 2 days before they could even look at it. I then called All Star Ford in Prarieville who treated me with the utmost respect. I had errands to run, so I left my car with them, and they had it ready to go by the afternoon when I was ready to head home.
