I have bought two vehicles at All Star Ford and I can no longer imagine buying from anyone else. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Every department strives to give every customer the best service possible. The people at All Star Ford are the absolute best

I am from out of town and F-350 stopped on Saturday. Was told it would be looked at late Tuesday. I told them I was from out of town and they had me ready Monday afternoon! Great service.
Took my car here because All Star Ford in Denham treats me like i am some dumb woman who knows nothing about cars. Told them to change my oil, rotate and balance my tires, and check the ignition switch and relay because it would not start every time. Made them keep my car for a week and rhey FINALLY said it was the ignition switch (duh i told you that). They forgot to change my oil and still demanded payment for it. I will probably never buy a Ford again, and will never do business with this dealership- in any location.
Took 4 days to fix air-conditioning. I think they over booked.
Took my car in with some AC problems and the service was absolutely amazing! Ms. Casey in the service department is THE BEST, she took such good care of me, made everything so easy for me from the drop off, getting in the rental and the pick up! All is fixed I am so pleased! Way to go!!!
All I needed was an oil change. I was told it was gonna be about 2 hours. I started watching The Blacklist and after the first episode, 43 minutes later, my truck was ready.... Thanks All Star for the speedy and excellent service. See you in 6 months......
I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and asked them to check a tire due to a slow leak. I have the tire warranty. I was there over 3 hours! Horrible service.
