I found a screw in my tire at 3:45 pm and I could hear the air leaking from the tire -- I just knew it was going to be a bad day. I called All Star Ford Lincoln to see what time the service dept would be closing. I made it to ASFL at 4:30pm. I needed a new tire and also an oil change. Two other vehicles were ahead of me for tires. My service advisor Daniel, was very helpful and the service techs stayed late to help to get me back on the road again.
