I was in an accident on December 7, 2021, someone rear-ended me. Because the accident wasn't my fault, their insurance was paying for the repairs and I had to use them because they were a "preferred" collision center. I purchased a used vehicle from the used car used car dept. and Tommy the manager of the dept basically sold me a bad vehicle that I very patiently dealt on several occasions with their service dept on trying to fix an ongoing problem of the vehicle leaving me stranded! National recall on Kia engine for my model year. I experienced catastrophic engine failure as stated within the recall. I never received a recall notice and kept up with and provided all necessary maintenance documentation to which I will happily provide. Service not rendered: I brought the car in for the third time; nothing was fixed all three times. The first time they could not re-produced the problem (so they said). The second time they did not even look at the vehicle. The third attempt they added several additional items to the work order. It is our business practice that we do not replace parts until they are verified to be non-functioning. The customer's service issue was unable to be duplicated the first time. When we were able to re-create the customers' concerns and present the estimate for repair, the customer declined the work and received a charge for the diagnostic fee. The customer then refuted the charge with their credit card company and was denied a refund after All Star provided documentation proving the customer approved the transaction.
l purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 mega cab Limited at the beginning and through out the sale I told the salesman that I was going to pull a 5 th wheel trailer with the truck. He did not say or let me know that you cannot put a 5 th wheel hitch in a Ram truck with Ram box's. I had 500 miles on the truck at this time. Waiting on my Gap Safeguard refund check From All Star Nissan denham springs told me in the beginning would take 4 to 6 weeks I've been waiting 5 weeks still have not heard nothing I contacted them now they're saying 6 to 8 weeks ..
When me and my friend who was supposed to be a signer on a vehicle while trading in another vehicle the finance manager screwed me and my friend by only using my line of credit when we made it clear that both of us was to be signed. Now I am fully liable for the vehicle when I'm not even driving it. So in the long run i am getting all the credit when I'm not even paying a single dime for the vehicle. So if I could I would give this dealership an F.
