Me and my mother bought my 18-year-old son a car , a pre-owned Hyundai 2014 from All Star Toyota in Baton Rouge Louisiana on airline highway. The seller was JR. After a little over three weeks my son was driving on the interstate and his car stalled he almost got hurt and some nice people helped him push his car off the interstate , we had to call a tow truck . I had a very unprofessional & unproductive experience. Saturday 4/24/21 I left my vehicle for a service request & was told that my part had been ordered & would be in within two days. Wednesday 4/28/21 I called the dealership myself because I hadn't been contacted only to find out that the part for my vehicle was on back order. I've been Lyfting to work & got a ride from my coworker home spending unnecessary money. I have small school children as well. i have a 4runner. i did not purchase from all star but i have had all service done here, my vehicle now has 37xxx miles on it. one day some abs/brake/and multi terrian lights came on, on my dash and i went to all star and also snapped photos of the lights. when i arrived Kelly ****** stated she would see what codes are being shown and that they may not show if the lights arent presently on. after leaving my truck there all day for a diagnoses, she claimed there was no codes shown and that there was nothing going on. my truck... read more

Fraudulent charges ($234.08) for service repairs not performed on my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport while in their Service Dept Possession. I dropped my vehicle off on 2/14/21 to the All Star Service Dept for transmission issues after hitting a deer with my car. Another bad experience at the dealership with my 2015 Genesis. I didn't write a review the last time because the service manager comped the service. Today is different... The service manager, Rene, admitted they dropped the ball. I was at the dealership 3.5 hours this morning to get an oil change, tire rotation, battery check and air filter. I would give 0 if I could. Since I've bought the truck the service department has been atrocious. I go every 5,000 miles and ask "please perform the scheduled maintenance" which the service department should know what services are needed for what mileage and it should include balancing and rotating the tires every 5,000 miles. After an alignment 4 months ago all 4 tires began to wear unevenly in the outside.
