All Star Kia of Baton Rouge on Siegan Lane's service department is absolutely horrible! My 2015 Kia Sportage was towed there in late December 2022/early January 2023 for issues with the car not starting. I authorized them to do a full diagnostic to pinpoint the exact issue with my vehicle. I was told verbally and in writing that my vehicle needed new fuel injectors and a new battery. I want to state that their online car buying is a scam it doesn’t exist. The salesman knowing fully I am not able to come down there but I have an approval and they won’t let me fill the paperwork online like they promised and I want to let people know they are lying about the service and they don’t care. Buyer beware

I had a safety recall anti-theft upgrade installed which I felt resulted in a problem which occurred two days later. I took the car back to them to fix the problem. EIGHT DAYS LATER, after many attempts by me to contact anyone including the service rep, the service manager, the dealership manager, and people at the automotive group, I was told they did not believe that their work caused the problem, so I would owe for that repair which was to replace Cruise Control switch and new taillight. I do not recommend working with any dealership or business within the umbrella of All Star Automotive Group, especially not All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Denham Springs. We purchased a vehicle from them in 2021 and have had very few positive experiences with their service department and collision and repair division since that time. I put the car in the shop for repairs. After 2 weeks they call and say it’s ready. I go to pick it up and when I was driving the car off the lot it stalled just like it was when we sent it to the shop to get fixed and I almost got hit be another car. I just paid almost $4000 to fix this problem. They said they will look into it. They had the car for another 2 weeks and I paid another $405 for those repairs that was supposed to be already fixed. I bought a used vehicle from All Star Nissan/Kia East. I informed the salesman and the finance manager that my vehicle had been totaled but that I had a license plate that I would like to transfer. I was trying to schedule an appointment for after work around 3pm and they are telling me that due to the service of running a diagnostic test of my vehicle and maybe keeping it; the appointment has to be scheduled by 1pm in case they need to keep it overnight. Both locations techs do not work Saturdays and the shuttle does not go pass Sherwood Forest and I work downtown. They also offered me $40 a day rental, that I have to pay for. I bought a Toyota Camry SE 2022 car at the All Star Toyota, Baton Rouge at 10/31/2022. At the time of purchase, the concerned individual at the dealership (name provided above) mentioned that the car has a Convenience Package from Toyota pre-installed. The vehicle was priced at 30,750$ (excluding taxes and doc fees) as can be seen in the attached bill.
