Gave me incorrect buyers order, drove the vehicle to Biloxi it was 4 thousand over agreed price. Acted as if it was my fault and said they couldn’t pay drive to bring truck back, I called and spoke with salesman and tried to contact finance manger no answer while driver was at my home. I even asked for finance documents to be emailed so they could be reviewed the day before. Added extra warranty I said I didn’t want and charged driver fee when they stated transport was free. We bought a broken car and a warranty and they cannot fix it and won’t give our money back. We bought a used car along with a warranty from the Allstar Hyundai dealership. We are tired of the lies because the car we bought is a serious danger to our family. Every time we pick it up from the service shop, we are told it is safe, and then it breaks down in the middle of the highway or interstate. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona on 1/8/22. They lost my paperwork and didn't notify me until 1/22/22. I redid all paperwork. I had to make another payment on my trade in due to this issue, which was later partially refunded after the payoff which was based on the original 10 day payoff letter was received. This left me short $114.57 and I was advised they would refund me. If I could give it a negative -10 I would. I have left messages for ****with NO return call. I’ve been leaving them since Tuesday and today is Friday. He had promised to call me back Tuesday by 10. Didn’t happen. I’ve also left messages for ***** ****(?) who is the assistant to **** ****** still no call. Over all I give this place a -20. Worse than ******

Hands down the most unprofessional dealership around. Purchased a vehicle not even 40 days ago. Since purchasing the windshield has come apart, battery died, and engine having a major coolant issue. No wonder the salesman didn’t offer to test drive the vehicle. After bringing to the dealerships attention. Was told by the GM these issues would be addressed, dropped off my vehicle and didn’t receive a call for a week. All Star has sold us a defective vehicle with structural damage, and it has not been 30 days and they refuse to refund my money. upon contacting the dealer, they asked me to bring the car in and upon entering the dealership they did not want to honor the warranty and came up with all kinds of excuse to prevent giving me my money back. I was told a Toyota rep will have to come out to see the car. They lied about the general manager was not there. I purchased a 2022 cash less than 30 days ago.

Brought my 2019 XC90 in for a problem with the 2nd row air condition. The first appointment the tech lied and said it was fixed. I pulled into the parking lot at Costco and realized that it had not been fixed. I went in for a safety recall for my car, after calling Kia support they referred me to my nearest Kia dealership. I went in reassured that everything would be fine they would get with the company about the recall. Except the company declined me. The worker then charged me claiming that I agreed to the amount via text message (which I did). Upon Inspection, testing and then repair under the workflow for Kia's Warranty process the vehicle then passed the test. I had an appointment for 2/8/22, for a diagnostic on my vehicle at All-Star Hyuandai on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge Louisiana. After a few days, I did not hear from the dealership.
