Purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento from Kia of Baton Rouge in 03/2023. Turned on the rear window defroster for the first time in 09/2023 and noticed a section that appeared to be peeling. My concern was that I have a 2014 Kia Sorento that has not experienced any issues. Brought my vehicle in to Kia of Baton Rouge on 10/05/23 for an inspection (see Invoice # ******). NOTHING ALL STAR ABOUT THIS PLACE! Mr. ***** is the epitome of what the world thinks car salesmen are! He proves that there are still some unscrupulous, seedy and downright unconscionable ones out there! It is definitely unsettling that he has a leadership position and represents a brand as management. LIED UNTIL THE BITTER END! Told me he could NOT make a deal in 72 hours that I made overnight! This dealership advertised pictures of a vehicle online that were not an accurate representation of the condition of the vehicle. Once we drove an hour, lured in by the pictures of a polished vehicle in excellent cosmetic condition, we realized that it was not as pictured so we started our inspection. We inquired about the defects we found and asked if they would be willing to correct these before we made a purchase. -5 stars. I’ve never experienced a more unorganized & unprofessional dealership. sales people lack knowledge about process & have poor communication with customers. told we were approved for the vehicle then informed that “someone submitted the application incorrectly” & now we’re not. how does that happen? major red flag, can’t trust anything from them now because of that “mistake.” that is completely unacceptable for a respected business, which i now know they are not. do not waste your time & sanity with this foolishness.

Dishonesty! My mama car was struggling to start. We took it to all star hyundai Airline Hwy Baton Rouge on Oct. 16, 2023. I got a call from ******* ******. I was told it was the alternator. So we paid to have it changed. We picked the car up on October 18, 2023. When Mama got home she turned her car off and tured it back on, it struggled to start. She went to church that Sunday. We have been trying to get our vehicle fixed for months now. We have multiple emails and even more phone calls that have been unanswered. We spent a lot of money on this vehicle to be ignored. I even went as far as to email the General Manager two days ago and he never responded. We need our vehicle repaired and are at a loss. I have attached the emails for further information. I bought a “new” Hyundai Santa Fe 2022. During the buying process I noticed the car had several thousand miles on it, it was explained to me that this was a dealer/demo car they use to test drive and for light use. No big deal I thought around the time of the sale we were assured that this vehicle would come with the factory 100,000 mile warranty offered to first owners. 4/17/2023 date of repair We had a job in Alabama to get to however our brakes were acting up, so we went to All Star to get repairs done. Paid $599.18 for brake pad repair. After they finished the crew were on the road and after 20 minutes or so they heard a knocking sound, so they pulled overed to see what was wrong. When they went to remove tire, they noticed that some of the nuts and bolts were not tightened, and some were missing. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade on 9-11-23. The salesperson gave us a price of $54,000. This was the price she found on the website and on the sticker price. When we told her we wanted the out of the door price with tax, title and license. When she (*****) returned with paperwork that $54,000 was now $ 59,000.she said the $ 5,000 increase was due to Hyundai factory charging the dealership the increase to keep cars in their inventory.
