If your AC gives out, particularly on a weekend, this be the place to contact, came out on a Sunday within a few hours and managed to fix the problem very quickly, Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, will recommend and continue to use. No up charge for coming out on a weekend, and if you know Tennessee summers, you know how good it is to have a AC problem fixed this rapidly, specially on a weekend.

I called at 2 am on a Saturday and it was over a 100 degrees in my home. Ryan informed me that he could check out my AC and theat he did not charge overtime. He arrived in less than an hour and within a half haour he had determined the problem. At 8am he found the new compressor and by 12 pm he had it installed. His estimate was dead on and there were no surprises. I have retained All Hours Heat and Air's Maintenance program and now I know someone I can trust will be looking after my AC and Heating needs.

I called All Hours Heat and Air because they had some good ratings. It turns out i got exactly what i expected.....came out at 9:30 last night and didn't hit me with a big "overtime" charge. My AC was also working in literally minutes and then the guy looked at every other part of my ac to make sure there were no problems hiding. All is cool in my home...Thanks for being there!!

My air just HAD to pick today to conk out. The only one to answer his phone was Ryan from AllHours. He came over, looked at my air, discovered a connection had been broken (by age) and fixed it. The bill was not too much, and my family is comfortable. If you have a family, you know what I mean when I say you want them to be happy, turns out Ryan has one too. I had a problem in the middle of the night and I called several competing businesses, none would answer or help me. Finally, I spoke to a Mr. Ryan Gordon and got some fantastic help. The man not only fixed my air at an unusual hour, but was considerate of my baby being asleep. I cannot recommend his service highly enough in the few short words I am alotted in this review. My air is cold, functioning, and never smoother!

Ryan is the technician that has worked on my AC. He has been out twice over the last few years. He is very nice and does an great job. 5 stars.
