This lingering heat wave finally brought my air conditioning system to it's knees and of course on a Sunday morning. I found this listing for All Hours Heat and Air and did not expect to receive a call back to the message I left on their system. They called back and came to my place within an hour and charged the system. Ryan indicated that due to the system being somewhat old that it may not hold the charge. This is the 3rd time I had to have somone out to service my a/c this summer. It has been the same part each time. I have been told told by someone else that the wrong parts have been put in my unit and therefore they were replacing it with the same wrong parts because thats all they knew to put in it. Ryan picked the phone up made a 2 minute phone call ask what part went in it and put the right piece where it is suppose to be. And told me it was under warranty if it goes out again. Responded promptly to my Sunday morning phone call. Arrived on time the next day. Showed me the broken parts and and replacement parts and provided a detailed account of all charges. Cleaned the leaves around the unit and performed some free (much needed) maintenance. Ryan provided very professional service (courteous, clean, fairly priced, and on time). I highly recommend All Hours.

This guy, Ryan is great. He just left my house. 10 minutes before he came I realized the circuit breaker had tripped. I reset it. I told him and he said he would not charge me. I invited him to sit down. We talked about my system. He offered to look at it for nothing. After spending 40 minutes with me, I insisted on paying him something. We negotiated a 1 year maintenance contract. If this guy ain't honest, I don't know who is.

This heating and air team is wonderful. The service technician was on time and worked very efficiently. His prices where very reasonable for the work he did. The service tech made multiple suggestions that helped me decress my cooling cost this summer. I would recommend him to anyone that asked and he is my new air conditioner man. Thanks Ryan so much for all you do.

After over a year of experiencing high heating and air bills I had gotten quotes from other companies much to my dismay due to the high prices to replace my older heating and air unit. This summer I knew it has to be done and came across the All Hours add. The estimate was almost half of the competitors! My AC went out Saturday evening, which my house was over 100 degrees! I called All Hours at 930 am Sunday morning and Ryan was here by noon and done by 1pm! His professionalism and customer service skills are to be admired. His cost beats any competitors which I fully appreciate!
