Excellent service, quick and very responsive on a weekend and rapid repair with very reasonable costs -- not even a weekend premium service charge which I expected. Ryan was honest about needed repairs and advice that system would need major repairs in the future, but understood my budget and got the heat pumping again for a lesser repair. My experience with All Hours Heat And Air was excellent. I received very prompt service and the problem was resolved on the first visit. My technician, Ryan, was extremely professional and the repair was thorough. Not only did Ryan repair the problem I called him out for, but he discovered another issue which was a potential fire hazard. Ryan offered to return in the afternoon to make the critical repair. I just wanted to say if you need someone to get that cold air running again, call Ryan. I discovered the AC wasn't working properly at 4 PM on Friday. I read some reviews including the comments about this company not charging EXTRA for after hours and weekends so I put in a call. I was leaving a message explaining the AC issues and to my surprise, Ryan was already calling me. My AC went out in the middle of the night. As soon as I got to work I called Ryan based on the good reviews and I have to agree with all. When I called him he was working with another customer but agreed to service my AC immediately after. He was at my house by 10:30 am. He determined the motor needed replacing and needed to pick up the part. On- time, very quick to find the problem and seemed very knowledgeable. Uses the latest technology to run his billing and accepts credit cards!
After my roof was replaced last fall the siding people turned off my unit to replace the siding but it was cool outside so my air conditioning wasn't needed. Three days later the air wouldn't come on so I called All Hours to see what the problem was. He came out quickly and realized that the unit was just turned off outside. Very polite, very professional, only charged minimal cost to me and found a couple of other things that needed attention and fixed those as well. A guy came out and fixed my ac fairly quick and the price was fair, but something else really hit home with me......the technician found another problem that has been causing mold to grow inside my ac...turns out the installers messed up years and years ago and this guy found the cause very quickly....I can breathe easier now LITERALLY Thank You
