I live in the Dandridge, TN area and was looking for someone to do a routine maintenance check on my central air conditioning system. Ryan, the owner/technician, was fantastic on the phone and gave me a scheduled appointment within 2-3 days. On that day, he called to let me know he was on his way which was well and early within the 2 hour window he promised. Very Pleased with Service and Price! System went down on a Saturday night, called Sunday morning and Ryan actually rearranged his schedule for the day to come see what my problem was. He gave me a good price, arrived on time the next day to make the repair, is so knowledgeable, yet able to explain it to me (a non-mechanical girl!), takes care not to make a mess, and in general just great to work with. Use this company!!! Showed up 15min. before scheduled time, always a plus. I've been working as a technician in the Utility industry for 30 years and I can say, this Technician is very knowledgeable and skilled. Found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. He also found two other problems that my former HVAC tech missed and caused. It’s so nice to find a true professional. Use this guy once, and you will forever. Oh, one other note, cost………..very reasonable.
I have used All Hours Heat and Air many times in the past and there is one thing I can be sure of and that is the fast and accurate repairs !!! Short version: I feel you would be amiss in not hiring All Hours Heat and Air My REASONS: After retiring from the Military I was looking for someone I could trust to repair my heating and air unit, a new unit. Another company installed it and came back three times to fix it, with no luck. Being in the military for so long I was used to calling the Post Engineers and they always fixed what ever! I purchased a 20 year old home with a "functional" heat pump that was as old as the house. A year later, I decided it was time to replace the unit. I had a friend recommend All Hours, and saw the sterling reviews on yellowpages.com. Ryan is top-notch! I got quotes from multiple contractors on the unit replacement, and he offered the best price BY FAR on our new Rheem heat pump. Ryan was here when he said he would be. He fixed the problem, reviewed the whole system, and made recommendations and the price was very fair. i would definitely use them again!
I called at about 11 am about repairing the heat in my home. Ryan informed me that he could check out my heat between 12 and 2 that very day. He was on time and within an hour, he had completely diagnosed the problems. He found the part for my old system and was back in a couple of hours to install them. Although he had to install them in the dark, the price worked out better than he had estimated.
