Ryan at all hours hearing and air really saved me from a potentially big situation. I had never used Ryan before, but he came highly recommended from not just one neighbor, but several neighbors. Our AC started freezing up over Memorial Day Weekend 2016. After doing everything I felt comfortable trying (checking air filter, cleaning evaporator coil), I called several companies. Ryan at All Hours was the only one that would come out on Sunday without charging am extra high service fee. He was here within an hour after the call, had everything running even better than before in 45 minutes and his rate was extremely reasonable. Definitely give him a call if you need HVAC work done.
My wife and I met Ryan in February of 2015 when our heat failed. Ryan was at the house within a couple of hours and provided the necessary repairs at a fair price. We used Ryan again in the early summer to tune up the A/C for the summer. As our confidence grew with him we discussed an issue with the HVAC we have had since purchasing new; the Builder had grossly undersized the unit. As long as we live in the Knoxville and surrounding area, we will ALWAYS use this company! The owner and installer were professional, down to earth, efficient with time, and were extremely neat with clean up. They were empathetic and understanding when our HVAC system went out right after the home inspection for our upcoming house closing.
