Had a scheduled appointment for brakes and an oil change called them at 3:00 afternoon to find out the car haden't moved since I dropped it off at 7:30 am and they wanted to keep it another day went down to pick it up spoke with the service manager who couldn't care less would never go back

Just picked up a new Explorer from the team at All American. Everyone from Curtis my sales guy to the Finance group did an excellent job. They found me the exact car I wanted and found a way to make it work into my budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford. Thx guys.
