Never heard of a service advisor banning a customer from the premises with threats of cops if he does. Ridiculous.
We are a Ford family ...We have the Escape ,Explorer,150 truck ,and Focus ..Our Saleman Aram Artinian knew,exactly what Our life style needed...He made sure from the minute we walked threw the doors ..each car fix our needs ...This is,my second Ford from Aram and I couldn't be happier ...We all are with our Ford's THANK YOU ARAM ..And as the logo goes ..HAVE YOU DRIVEN A FORD LATELY !! Poor service department denying to work on cars/trucks if you call them out on it

I brought my car in on a Friday morning knowing that there was transmission items wrong with my vehicle after driving it on a daily basis. I knew that this service would take possibly 1-2 days so I left the vehicle with that anticipation. I was called later in the day on Friday to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my car and the complaints could not be reproduced. My brother got a car here the other day and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The manager was very accommodating and tried his hardest to get us a great deal! We dealt with Sean and would highly recommend him! He’s very personable and wanted us to get the best deal possible!
