Number one I hate car shopping but All American Ford was great. I didn't feel rushed or being sold. They were very accommodating and professional. Eddie our salesman was awesome! I went in for the second time for a recall on the door handle... left in a rush to grab my nieces and realized they had not balanced the tires, figured out why the tire pressure light was on, didn’t connect my I phone AND never disabled previous settings of volume and mileage limits🙃😢... left numerous messages with no return call

I've financed or leased all my cars from All American Ford, most recently a 2018 Ford Explorer lease. Larry Rubin and Carlos Marin were extremely helpful, working to make sure we received the best deal possible on the Explorer with all of the features we wanted. Larry took the time to walk us through all of the features of the Explorer, including connecting our phones. I'm always appreciative of the quality and friendly service at All American, which has kept me going back as a customer for 15 years.
I had the best experience at All American Ford today all thanks to Larry. Larry went over and above my expectations. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect vehicle.
