Sitting in the service waiting area. Now at 3 hours! Waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. They gave me a ten o’clock appointment. Why do they bother giving appointments? And this is not the first time! I will never come back here! UPDATE: After talking to the service manager he comped the whole job for me. I didn’t like the wait but I am happy they did something to make up for it.

RecommendedI’ve been meaning to write a positive review for one of your sales reps for a long time. Tom Stass has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to helping me (or my family) out. We’ve constantly gone back to him when we need to lease a car. He has so far helped my mother, sister, and father get the car of their dreams. I hope to continue working with Tom in the near future when I have to lease a new car.
Great dealership. Always a great experience bringing my car in for service. Free bagels & coffee always a plus!
