when leave a deposit to order a truck and they never do and you loose the incentives that ford had and they don't do anything to remedy the situation but just say sorry
I placed an order for a truck and left deposit and found out for weeks later they never ordered it. Now I lost the 0% financing and incentives and all I got was sorry, my bad. That’s not how you do business. Very unprofessional

RecommendedAll the people worked at the Paramus center were courteous and helpful. The manager Mr. Monte Harris called me and explained the problems with the car and the time needed to repair it. Everything was done as promised.
Recommendedgreat place but service takes way too long. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change, then another 1 1/2 hours for new tires 2 days later! (and counting... still here). 3 hours is a bit much for these services... with an appointment that I had to wait 2 weeks for. other than wait time everything else is great. *edit... 2 hours 40 minutes to get tires changed and aligned....
