Hackensack All American I bought a 72,000 dollar Truck, it’s been four months and I am still waiting four the book and spare key, they put a fifth wheel in part of sale a few days after, and broke the vent shades we had installed Which they said they would replace. I think the customer service at Paramus Ford is awful. The reps in the service department are miserable and seem like you are annoying them and if you ask to see a manager....he’s just as annoyed. Loyalty means nothing you could buy/lease 10 cars from them and it means nothing!!!!
