Awesome service , Victoria really went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that my problem was resolved, I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to accept my Ford Escape though I did not buy it from them, since Boston road service center refused me by telling me I had to wait 4 weeks to accept 1 of the 3 cars that I bought from them, and they had though they had already done a terrible job 7 months ago,... Service if fast easy and done right the first time
Our lease turn in and re-lease of 2 vehicles was a smooth process and our sales rep Larry Rubin was very knowledgeable and helpful with our concerns. We have been leasing vehicles at All American Hackensack for about 20 years and I highly recommend it.
