RecommendedHad my F-150 Limited in for service and the wood looking panel piece was scratched during the cabin filter changing. Tanya, the service advisor came to tell me about it before I even knew it happened and she immediately got the piece ordered. Tanya followed up with me until the piece came in and had it installed at my convenience. She prevented it from becoming any kind of incident. Thank you Tanya for your excellent follow up and service.
I had my car serviced there in Sept.. they had it for 3 weeks to get the work done.. they broke the Ford emblem on the back of my car taking it out so the part had to be ordered.. it came in and no one bothered to call me to let me know..I moved and have been trying to get in touch with the service tech.. left 6 voicemails.. can never get him at all.. he NEVER calls me back.. been trying for the last 3 weeks but to no avail!! The wait was long got what I had to do but at the end of the day I was very pleased
Oh, A LOT could be improved on for example, lying to customers about how long service will take, promptly getting customers rental cars instead of having them wait several days, claiming to having the getting washed to keep it an additional two days for GOD knows what and, returning the vehicle with a dead and de-synced key fob. That is, just to name a few things that could be improved upon.
Made appointment for recalls, needed loaner since my vehicle would be worked on for a week. Got loaner, and by end of week my vehicle was ready! All worked out well!
LOVE our new 2020 Explorer. Great experience at this dealer. Brian E provided exceptional service. Go see him...you won’t be disappointed.
