The service of my Escape was outstanding? Not only was my regular service performed but a recall was addressed as well as a problem with a shock covered by my warranty. My service advisor, Todd, was excellent, keeping me informed.
The staff is very professional. All my questions are always explained so that I understand what is being done on my car. The work is always excellent. What else could you ask for?
