Service department is neat and well organized with an efficient customer intake system. Service needs are met, and probblems were resolved on both trips there. Work orders could be more explicit as to exactly what parts were replaced etc...at least that is my experience.
I bought a NEW F350, Diesel Dually Truck YES NEW in April it is now end of August Still waiting for Spare set of Keys and Book, week after I bought it I brought it back to have a fifth wheel put in part of the purchase package, I had vent shades on the side windows that they broke off and I’m still waiting for them to replace!!
