I left my car on Sunday night and filled out their service envelope with issues and left specific instructions for a Monday 7:30 A.M appointment. my vehicle needs 1 rim it is now Friday afternoon I am a week in on a rental car and still no car. This place is a horror show do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
We picked up a 2019 Fusion Energi today and received our usual excellent service from Larry Rubin! We traded in our 2011 Fusion Hybrid that we bought from Larry 8 years ago. We got a good deal and Larry and his colleagues made things easy. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from All American. They are doing things right.
Juan Hernandez was very professional, effective and attentive. He was also well mannered. He deserves a raise.
