5 Star Service...From the minute you pull into the service area you are made aware of the entire process. The service writer tells you what is going to be done to your vehicle and the approximate cost. It didn't happen to me as I there for a routine 15k service, but another customer who had a more involved service with some additional work needed was told what the problem was, the cost and the time frame until completion. My 1st service at All American Ford in Hackensack went as smooth as silk. Great communication to and from their service department, I was in and out of service in no time. Would have liked the truck washed, but overall, my experience with service was a 9.5
Service department is simply the top! 5 stars all the way. My F-150 runs great and was taken care of promptly. VERY happy!
Great experience I would definitely buy another car from All American in Hackensack. Rudy and the rest of the team were very helpful and knowledgable. I never felt pressure, rushed, or like I was getting scammed.
