Juan was great. He came back quick with our requests and numbers, we didn't waste time. If you want professional service make an appointment but ask for Juan. He'll work for you. The rest of the staff was also very accommodating.
Honestly, it all happened incredibly fast. In such fast pace circumstances Juan made me extremely comfortable and ensured me that we both would come to an agreement. I was told both sides would be happy at the end of this and that's exactly what happened. As well, he was a former baseball player so we could relate on that level! To have a car salesman that is very personable like Juan in my first ever car buying experience I am very grateful. I would certainly recommend Juan to anyone!
