My boyfriend and I went to all American tonight to lease a Ford Ranger. Our salesman was HD. I must say he was he was the worst salesman the I have ever dealt with. From the beginning to the end. We were never offered to even test drive the truck. We were given ridiculous prices and I found him to be very rude !!! A manager never even came over to speak to us about any deal. Had an electrical issue that I thought was more then just the battery, so they checked it out and it was the battery and nothing major. also, they found out I needed a wheel alignment so they took care of that. I had an oil change tire rotation done, which I planned on doing later but since I was there that got done as well. they gave me a lift home and back. all work took about 3 hours which was surprising. overall nicely pleased by their work. Shout out to Victoria for getting the ball rolling. Thanks all.
All American Ford is a great place to get a car, with outstanding customer service. Juan Fernandez is a knowledgeable sales guy that helped my mother get into an amazing Ford Edge and the process was easy and smooth.
