If I could post negative stars, I would. I have purchased or leased vehicles from the All American Ford in Hackensack for 15 years. This is the last purchase through their store. Every step of the way was a misstep that could have been avoided by the staff and management at this facility. Last thing we wanted was a 3rd lease in a row of a Ford Escape. We wanted a change and hit the market. Chevy, Buick and the the obligatory look at Ford. Was not aware how much the 2020 model changed. Bumper to bumper it was a difference vehicle. We spoke with Steve Martino and gave him our requirements...it had to be white, we needed crossbars on the roof racks and we wanted price same as current lease. Prompt, friendly, efficient service. Service reps don’t suggest unnecessary work and do make sure that all work is done to the customer’s satisfaction. I’m happy to recommend them.
Amazing service and customer service
I don’t recommend this place one bit after their lack of transparency and communication with their lease return policy. Apparently you can only return a leased vehicle on a Saturday (which takes FIVE MINUTES) unless you are purchasing a new vehicle. It would be nice to say that on the phone when scheduling the appointment, and it would be wise to hire someone who knows to use the scheduler rather and sets the 10:00 appointment up for 10 AM, not PM.
