Lovely friendly little gym offering a variety of classes and circuit workouts to suit all ages and fitness levels. Andy the owner is always available to provide coaching and encouragement and new members are welcomed and quickly become part of the AAMF community. I have been coming here for 5+ years and have seen my fitness levels steadily improve and with the added bonus of making some lovely new friends.

I never thought I’d enjoy going to the gym but All About Me Fitness has changed my mind! It’s a friendly, supportive gym with a community feeling. The fact that you can choose your work out at each of the class sessions makes it really flexible and easy to work at your own level. I would definitely recommend!

A gym but not like any other gym! This place makes me feel so comfortable and confident which makes going to the gym so much easier. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going for 4 years now and I love it!

I've been a member of AAMF for a couple of months now, attending twice or 3 times a week. The options of different circuits to complete (changed every day) and the encouraging atmosphere have really helped me to enjoy 'going to the gym' for the first time in my life!
