Chair Yoga Haven centre, Crawley Down Village with Alisa. Wednesday12:30-13:30 term times. I went for my first session, I really enjoyed this experience, especially good for people with any previous injuries. I feel it relaxed me with breathing exercises, some medication and yoga movements. Really friendly would definitely highly recommend.

Alisha is the most wonderful person, she is so thoughtful & kind and puts so much effort into making an hours class or a 2 day retreat the best it can be for the people attending. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, such a beautiful soul
