I've bought a number of pieces of jewellery from Alghieri and they are all stunning. I've had so many comments and compliments on them as well. Their designs stand out from the crowd, and I feel they have real meaning. No customer service, no transparency in return policy! They don’t accept returns of earrings apparently - but you can only find that out if you click the link for ‘detailed policy’ and keep scrolling - as the information on the actual product page has no warning of such. Their Mini Wanderlust Hoops are hardly a ‘hoop’ with no space for your ear to squeeze in! And can’t exchange them, even if you haven’t taken them out of the box! Don’t trust the photos and make an expensive mistake..

I had the most wonderful experience with the Alighieri team for my one-of-a-kind engagement ring. The team, especially the Production Manager was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and collaborative. We worked closely together, making subtle refinements along the way to ensure the piece was just right. The result is a stunning, unique ring that feels like a true heirloom, rich with meaning and beautifully crafted. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Beautiful aesthetics and truly gorgeous pieces, but unfortunately I have been really disappointed by the customer service. A necklace I have had for just over a year, and have worn only a handful of times, fell off my neck recently and I could see that one of the necklace rings hadn’t been quite sealed properly. Alighieri has offered up repair, but at a cost, and not inclusive of postage. The jewellery looks beautiful, but I’m not sure the quality lives up to the claim of “heirloom’
