I went in today for BIAB nails as I always do and have never had a problem before when getting a design. Halfway through the man doing my nails asked me if everything was okay and I said no my nails are a mess and the design isn’t what I had asked for. He then told me a design can’t be done on BIAB which I know to be false as I’ve had it done many times. He also never properly filed my nails and cuticles. I then asked for just a French tip. I was really disappointed in this place. The man that served me was very rushed and I'm sure missed a step. The reason I like builder gel is it makes my nails strong as I have a physical job. My nails were still flexing after this appointment so they have started to break. Some nails were lumped to one side and had unsmooth edges which looked really poor.
