I was here months ago ,the first time,and was very satisfied with the hair cut,the service,the price and the end result. Today,I had the worst service ever.The lady tried to overcharge me for a service that I already asked the price at the beginning,and the end result of the cut and the blowdry is terrible.
Terrible. Asked for a bouncy BLOWDRY, and the woman curled my hair with hot tongs. I said numerous times I want a blow dry and she insisted to use straightners. They don’t listen to what you want. She didn’t put in no heat protection. I wasn’t happy. They charged me more money than what was discussed on the phone to just curl my hair with tongs and damage my hair with the high heat. I didn’t even get a hair wash for the price. Would never recommend or use again.
