Great to see this hotel back to its best. Fantastic refurbished to a high level. Friendly staff. We would stay here when we need to stay in town.
- Bathroom without any toiletries. - Only 1 big towel for a couple. - Kettle with water from the previous guest. - Worst check in ever experience, took more than 1 hour. - No complimentary water neither glasses for water in the room. - Shower did not work properly. - Restaurant and bar were closed. - Dust in the wardrobe. I wouldn't recommend this place for holidays. Of the few positive things to say, the female receptionist was friendly. This is not a 4 stars hotel.

I had single room and was a lovely room, nice decor with great sea view, comfy bed, plenty of mirrors, clean and well organised. The staff were really friendly and made me feel at home thank you Maria and Lana nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location! Everything was close by and no more than a 15 minute walk. Really enjoyed my stay. I will be back! I recommend this hotel
I recently stayed at Alexandra Hotel and can confidently say it's one of Eastbourne's most underrated gems. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of – the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and cozy, and what truly sets this place apart is the sea view.
