I prefer small, independent companies because I hope for better service. Alexander Opticians has certainly lived up to my expectations. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and you feel they genuinely care about their customers. My autistic son felt comfortable in their shop, and the optician was calm and considerate with him.
