The bed was hard and the sheets smelled musty, now I know why (see pictures) I ask for fresh sheets and I WAS TOLD HOUSEKEEPING IS GONE FOR THE DAYI CAN GIVE YOU ANOTHER SET YOU CAN CHANGE THE SHeets so much for customer service.
I loved the entire experience, from check-in to check-out. The staff had me in stitches the entire 4 days of my stay. I will most definitely be staying here again.

Great location for restaurants and flower show. This is our second year in a row staying here and we are already planning next year's trip.
Excellent customer service. Really comfortable bed! Quiet rooms. Convenient location and extremely affordable.
The breakfast is mediocre and subpar. Stale bagels on a window sill next to old toasters that smelled burned before my bagel was even brown. The walls are extremely thin. The view was beautiful and the room was a great size. Not for young people trying to enjoy nights out they lock the door late night which is annoying. Antique place but could offer more To guest for the price.
