Great location with helpful and friendly staff. Room was small but comfortable for an overnight business trip. Good breakfast with hardworking staff. I'll be back.
Very pleasant hotel with walking distance of most of the cities attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely set out. Only minor gripe I have is that they advertise a continental breakfast but at no point did I see cold meats, cheese or rolls and croissants. Cereals, pastries and bagels or waffles were an acceptable alternative though.
Great place to stay. Close to everything for a short walk. Food, drinks and history.
The Alexander Inn was marvelous. It is conveniently located. Very friendly, spacious clean rooms, continental breakfast. Nice atmosphere Love this boutique hotel
We stayed here for an overnight in Philadelphia and it was wonderful. Fantastic location with clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff and they offer discounted parking and continental breakfast! Enjoyed talking with John. Thanks again for your hospitality John. Hope to return again!

All the workers and owners are super friendly and offer over $10.00 discount parking in a specific parking lot. Continental breakfast is included; free wifi; small exercise room; and free computer usage. LOVE � this place.
I work in the city and have clients that often stay overnight. I will never recommend this hotel based on a relatives stay. I understand how things happen but it is how the hotel handled the situation which was not acceptable.
This hotel and the current manager should be ashamed at the customer service. My father woke up to the bathroom being flooded from the toilet overflowing from the room above. He was not offered a full refund or a new room in order to shower. My father had to ask for a refund which was not given in full. Due to the negligence and horrendous customer service no one should stay at this hotel and the manager should be fired. Immediately.
