Super happy to have stayed at this Boutique Hotel in the heart of Philly. The location, service was above my expectation. We will return.
I was hesitant to stay here because it wasn't a "name brand" hotel... What a cute place! The area down stairs by check in is so nicely decorated and has great old building charm. The room were a little small but worked for what I needed. It's in a great spot close to restaurants and things. We had a really nice stay and will be going back

Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. My mom and I came from Germany to see Philadelphia. Stayed there twice. Will stay there again, for sure!
This hotel has a friendly staff and it is truly beautiful inside.... The room we stayed in has an entire view of spruce and 12th street. It is situated in the Historic district of Philadelphia.
It's a nice hotel. The air conditioning is a little underpowered for the size of the rooms, but the authentic decorations (like the touchable switchboard in the hallway of the 5th floor) make the place very charming. Parking is at a remote location, no in-and-out rights.
Best value in town! Been enjoying this "gem" for years now . . . Every time we come to Philly for sporting events. Convenient to the subway system, clean and comfortable rooms, and a staff that aims to please! Breakfast buffet is a treat that adds to the overall value of the accommodations. Can't wait to bring our next set of friends for their first experience!
