Unfortunately the sink in our room didn't drain well and the receptionist said it would get fixed the next day so we didn't change rooms. He didn't mention that the handyman didn't work weekends. So we suffered the sink and then had to move on the last day. The hotel also has this irritating policy of not giving guests the AC remote, so you have to call the receptionist to change the temperature. The stay here was disappointing overall. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable, and the TV in the room appears to be about 15 years old, with noticeably poor picture quality. The water pressure is also quite low, and the room itself is very dimly lit. Breakfast is included, but it’s a very sad, limited continental breakfast, so don’t expect much variety or quality. Overall, the hotel could really use some updates, particularly in the guest rooms.
