I love the brand and their customer service online but in this particular location I have never been met with a more disrespectful attitude. the sales assistants there were so rude and barely acknowledged me when I came in to buy a necklace and kept having side conversations instead of making an effort. A treasure trove of finely-wrought jewellery. A bijou of a shop.
We used Alex Monroe for our wedding rings and it was such a lovely experience. All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful. My husband had a plain band and mine was a bespoke design to fit alongside my engagement ring and I was so happy with the results. So much care and time was taken to make sure we were happy with everything and I’m so glad we have such delicate and beautiful pieces of jewellery to pass down through generations. Thank you all
